Page Layout
The Visibility page has three main sections:1. Prompts Header & Filters
Controls for managing and filtering your prompts:- Search bar: Filter prompts by text or tags
- Tag filters: Show only prompts with specific tags (OR logic - matches ANY selected tag)
- Brand mention filter: Show prompts with/without your brand name
- Period selector: View metrics for 7-day or 30-day periods
- Add Prompts button: Create new prompts
2. Prompts Table
Interactive table showing all your user-created prompts with:- Table Columns
- Data Source
- Analysis
- Prompt Text: The query or search phrase
- Visibility Score: How often your brand appears (0-100)
- Sentiment Score: Positive/neutral/negative perception (0-100)
- Brand Mentions: Avatars showing which brands appear in responses
- Share of Voice: Your brand’s percentage of total mentions
- Tags: Custom tags for organization
- Trends: 7-day or 30-day trend indicators (up/down/neutral)
- Actions: Edit or delete prompt
3. Sources & Insights Panels
Two sidebar panels providing context:- Sources Panel: Top domains cited by AI models (your site, competitors, publications)
- Insights Panel: AI-generated recommendations to improve visibility
Creating Prompts
Adding New Prompts

Click 'Add Prompts'
Opens the prompt creation interface at

Enter Prompts
Type or paste prompts - one per line or comma-separatedSupports both:
- LLM Prompts: Questions for AI models (“What is [brand]?”)
- Search Queries: Search engine queries (“best [product] for [use case]”)

Get AI Suggestions (Optional)
Click “Get friction Suggestions” to load AI-recommended prompts based on your brand and industry

Add tags like “product”, “comparison”, “brand-awareness” for organization

Using Filters & Search
Search Bar
Type to filter prompts by:- Prompt text content
- Tag names
Tag Filters
Click tags to filter:- Multiple tags: Shows prompts matching ANY selected tag (OR logic)
- Clear filters: Click tag again to deselect
Tag filtering uses OR logic. If you select “product” and “comparison”, you’ll see prompts that have EITHER tag, not necessarily both.
Brand Mention Filter
Three options:- All: Show all prompts (default)
- With Brand: Only prompts where your brand name appears in AI responses
- Without Brand: Only prompts where your brand is NOT mentioned
Period Selector
Choose analysis window:- 7 Days: Recent short-term trends
- 30 Days: Longer-term patterns (default)
Understanding the Data
Visibility Score
What it measures: How often your brand appears in AI responses to this prompt (0-100) Calculation:- Runs the prompt across multiple AI models
- Counts how many responses mention your brand
- Normalizes to 0-100 scale
- 80-100: Excellent - Brand appears in almost all responses
- 60-79: Good - Strong presence, some room for improvement
- 40-59: Moderate - Brand mentioned in about half of responses
- 0-39: Low - Significant visibility gap
Sentiment Score
What it measures: How positively/negatively AI models discuss your brand (0-100) Scale:- 70-100: Positive sentiment
- 40-69: Neutral/Mixed sentiment
- 0-39: Negative sentiment
Brand Mentions
Visual: Avatar stack showing logos of brands mentioned Categories:- Your brand (highlighted with special badge)
- Competitors (known brands in your industry)
- Other brands (other mentioned brands)
Share of Voice
What it measures: Your brand’s percentage of total brand mentions in responses Example: If a response mentions 3 brands, and your brand is mentioned twice, your share of voice is 66%. Use case: Track competitive positioning in multi-brand responsesTrends
Visual: Up/down/neutral arrows with percentage change Periods:- 7-day trend (short-term changes)

Editing prompt text marks it for re-analysis. Changing only tags preserves existing analysis data.
