The Commerce page helps you track how AI models recommend your products for purchase, which e-commerce platforms they suggest, and how you compare to competitors in shopping contexts.

Page Layout

The Commerce page has three main sections:

1. Commerce Prompts Header & Table

Main table showing all your commerce-focused prompts with: Header controls:
  • Search bar (filter by prompt text or tags)
  • Tag filters
  • Period selector (7/30 days)
  • “Add Commerce Prompts” button
Table columns:
  • Prompt Text: The shopping query
  • Commerce Score: Overall e-commerce performance (0-100)
  • Visibility Score: How often your brand appears
  • Purchase Readiness Score: How close responses are to driving purchases (0-100)
  • ACP Signals Score: AI Commerce Performance signals - strength of buying recommendations (0-100)

2. Top E-Commerce Websites Panel

Sidebar showing which platforms AI models recommend: What you’ll see:
  • Your site (highlighted if present)
  • Amazon
  • Walmart
  • Target
  • Competitor sites
  • Specialized platforms (Wayfair, Etsy, etc.)
Why it matters: Shows where AI models direct users to buy. If your site isn’t listed, you’re losing sales to other channels.

Understanding Commerce Metrics

Commerce Score

What it measures: Overall e-commerce performance combining all commerce-related signals (0-100) Factors:
  • Purchase readiness
  • ACP signals strength
  • Visibility in shopping contexts
  • Platform recommendation frequency
  • Brand mention strength
Good score: 65+ Needs work: Below 45

Purchase Readiness Score

What it measures: How close AI responses are to driving an actual purchase (0-100) High readiness indicators:
  • Direct purchase recommendations (“You should buy…”)
  • Clear call-to-action language
  • Specific platform mentions
  • Positive product endorsements
Low readiness indicators:
  • Vague or non-committal language
  • No platform recommendations
  • Cautionary statements
  • Negative sentiment

ACP Signals Score

What it measures: AI Commerce Performance - strength of buying recommendations from AI models (0-100) Strong signals:
  • “Recommended for purchase”
  • “Best choice for…”
  • “Top pick”
  • High confidence language
Weak signals:
  • “Could consider”
  • “Depends on…”
  • Neutral mentions only
  • No endorsement

Brand Mentions

Visual: Avatar stack showing logos Categories:
  • Your brand (highlighted with special styling)
  • Competitors (known competing brands)
  • Other brands (additional mentioned brands)
Interaction: Hover to see mention counts and recommendation strength
If competitors appear more frequently in brand mentions, they’re capturing more of the purchase intent. Focus on creating content that positions your product as the best choice.

Filter prompts by:
  • Prompt text
  • Tag names
Real-time filtering as you type.

Tag Filters

  • Click tags to filter (OR logic - shows prompts with ANY selected tag)
  • Click again to deselect

Period Selector

  • 7 Days: Short-term purchase trends
  • 30 Days: Standard monthly view (default)
Affects scores and trend indicators.

When you first visit Commerce (no commerce prompts created): What to do:
  1. Click “Add Commerce Prompts”
  2. Enter 5-10 purchase-focused prompts
  3. Click “Get Commerce Suggestions” for AI recommendations
  4. Add product URLs for better context
  5. Save and wait 2-5 minutes for analysis
